You want to ride your trike where it's peaceful, out on the path, not just around the block again. This rack makes that happen. It includes ramps so you can load it on your own without asking for help or putting strain on your back.
If your trike ride starts anywhere but home, you'll need a way to get it there. And that's where things usually get frustrating. You may have tried lifting it into the back of a truck or forcing it onto a cargo carrier or standard bike rack, and you know how that can go. Sure, there are trike racks out there, but most of them expect you to pick the whole thing up to load it, and if you're on your own that could be a deal breaker. You didn't buy your trike to wrestle with it, you bought it to ride. This rack was built to do just that and more! The ramps line up with the trays so you can roll your trike on without asking for help, or worse, straining your back. Once it's loaded, just unhook the ramps, nestle them to the trays, and secure them with the included straps.
That part alone solves a big problem for anyone moving heavy or hard-to-lift trikes, but the real value shows up in the details. The trays adjust to fit your trike's wheelbase, so everything sits where it should without feeling forced. Wide tires, unusual frames, low-slung recumbents, if it rolls, more than likely it fits. Once it's on the rack, just thread the included straps through the built-in tie-down points and around your tires, now it's ready to go wherever you take it.
Of course, hauling your ride isn't just about fit, it's also about function. It's important that you can reach your destination with your trike intact and your cargo area easy to access without having to remove the rack. The platform slides back with your trike still on, which is convenient when you need to open your hatch or lower the tailgate to grab your helmet, air pump, or drinks for the ride. And when you're not hauling your trike, the rack folds up against your vehicle, so you're not dealing with extra length when parking, backing up, or trying to fit into a garage or tight campsite.
Then there are the things you don't think about until they're missing, like a quiet ride. Without a solid connection, a heavy rack can rattle, shift, and clunk with every bump in the road. The Silent Hitch Pins stop all that. They keep the rack tight and secure, so you're not cranking the radio to cover the noise or wondering if the tie-downs are shaking loose. And since they come with padlocks, you don't have to worry about someone stealing the rack. You can even add a bike lock (e98891 - sold separately) so everything stays locked down when you step away for lunch or leave your trike on the rack overnight.
That same practical thinking shows up in the taillights. They're pre-wired, stay visible even when the rack is folded up, and keep you seen in low light, rain, or fog. They attach with hook-and-loop fasteners, so you can move or adjust them without tools. And if your trike blocks your vehicle's lights, these keep your signals clear, so you're safe, visible, and fully DOT compliant.

People get trikes and quads for many different reasons, but they all encounter the same roadblock, which is, now, how am I gonna transport this That's the roadblock my aunt and I encountered when, 'cause she had early onset Parkinson's, her doctor recommended a bunch of different things, including now start riding a trike. So we we inchesre looking for different solutions to transport this when we found the Lets Go Aero TriQuad rack. Since this bike rack, or trike rack, or quad rack, has ramps, you can now easily ramp up your bike and not have to hoist as much. This does have an 80-pound weight capacity, so even if you have the really popular electric trikes, you're good. Now, it does take some time to use some of its other features like sliding out the whole thing if you wanted access to your cargo space, folding it up when not in use, or stowing away the ramps on the rack. But the fact that I can now securely and easily transport even a huge trike is a huge deal.
Now, my aunt's story is just one of many for why people start riding trikes. And the last thing you need to worry about is how you're going to transport it. So if you have a similar story, we'd love to hear, send us a picture of your setup and your story, and maybe you can inspire other people along your way.
